The Katahdin series is the first rod we have produced and we are thrilled about it! a 9' 5 wt to cover the basics. A 30T matte black medium-fast blank is the most versatile blank on the market. That means this rod can do it all. So if you're flipping double nymphs, slinging streamers, or delicately casting tiny dries, this rod can get the job done. I wanted the Katahdin series to be a do-it-all series that is the perfect rod for experienced anglers as well as complete beginners. This rod retails for around $400 on today's market, but we think that's absurd.... You shouldn't have to break the bank for high quality gear! 3 month warranty. Don't like it, send it back! Breaks?
